The museum is still under construction – step by step, a special place for porcelain art is being created. The museum is barrier-free – exhibition areas and sanitary facilities can be accessed without steps.

Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Unfortunately, due to staff illness, the museum will be closed on Sunday, February 01, 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Group tours are also possible outside these hours by prior arrangement.

Directions
By car via the A7 (Seevetal-Ramelsloh) or A1 (Seevetal-Hittfeld). There are free parking spaces directly at the museum. The nearest train station is Buchholz (Nordheide). From there, the options are taxi (approx. 10 km) or bus line 4203 to the stop "Bendestorf, Jesteburger Chaussee" (1 minute walk).
